Ashley, who joined AES in 2015 has a diverse skillset and background with a variety of roles, including marketing and business development. Ashley has over 20 years of non-profit experience along with office managing. She manages all daily office operations, customer service and bookkeeping. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Towson University. Ashley enjoys running in 5ks, and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Owner and Vice President of AES, Tom has over 17 years of experience and managed over 6,000 projects for both Weatherization Programs and private customers. He has experience operating a non-profit company, which led him to becoming a hands-on owner within his own company. Tom is a qualified Energy Auditor and is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional. Tom enjoys being Captain of an APA Pool League and watching movies.
Owner and President of AES, Eshelle graduated with an Associate's Degree from Harford College. With her business interest always in mind she decided to take her knowledge from the books and create her own company. Eshelle is a qualified Energy Auditor and is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Building Envelope Professional. She oversees all office operations and communications with customers. Eshelle enjoys reading and spending time with her horses.
